updates..

on monday, i got my first sewing assignment done and half the second done. so, i have one and a halfway more to go for sewing. yay!

and today, i had my public speaking informative speech test. it was not too bad la. though 5 minutes time limit was clearly too short for me. damn! was the fourth and last group to present. and im glad we had it over and done with! oh, thank God! so, that means, i'm left with an MCQ test on the next two weeks and one subject is OVER! another yay. that aside, i think i'm definitely gonna miss my public speaking classmates. they are so much better than the japanese classmates i had last semester la. oops! heh. or perhaps, it's just the fact that charmian is in my class and it makes all the difference in the world. :)

it has been very very cold these past few days/nights. personally, i wouldn't wanna sleep with the air-con during weathers like this. but since i'm not sleeping alone on sunday to wednesday nights, i don't have much choice there, do it? heh.

and now, i'm all alone at home. family left for nenek's place for dinner while i was 'napping' on the sofa. serve me right for sleeping. now, i'm dinner-less. pout.

oh! they're back. with no food. no surprise, there! haha. so it's apples for tonight. goodnight, all!

by Dr. Kate M. Wachs

i'm currently reading this book entitled 'relationships for dummies'. not that i am a dummy. but i have to do a research on this topic for my public speaking informative speech next week. haha. yes, yes, how cool, right? i know.

and there's this statement which i find rather interesting. it says, "guys, genereally find it easier to have sex with someone they dislike." i was like, what the hell?! haha.

perhaps, it's true for some guys. and my guess would be by doing so, there's no need to deal with the emotional attachment after that and thus, it is easier for them to let go and move on to the next one. but if they do it with someone they actually like, there'll most probably be a thousand and one things on their mind after that one night of passion. -shrugs-

also, it was stated that women, on the other hand, may not even perceive sex (after a date) as a compliment, but rather, a sign that the man hasn't had a good time on the date and wants to salvage something for his money. HAHA. hilarious, but something i would agree more with.

and my point is, men and women have to constantly bear in mind that we are both unidentical creatures and that our sexual reasons are most likely to be very different from each other. thus, if in doubt, always ask. heh.

goodnight, all.

ps: i'm missing the boyfriend. -pout-

rantings you don't wanna read.

im tired. im bored. i have many deadlines to be met. and im not doing anything about it. YET. what a pemalas nak mampos. haha.

i'm really looking forward to the coming hols. (it's at least a month and a half away. damnits!) i would love to BELIEVE that it will past by very fast. but that also means that the exams are gonna be even sooner. hahaa.

so many plans. so little time. so little money. how like that? we have batam and phuket in mind. hmm, australia's too expensive. so for that, i think i'll just go with the parents since my friends are unable to tag along. -pout-

whatever it is, i really hope me and charmian will execute our phuket trip early next year. so, in the meanwhile, i'll just have to pray hard that there won't be any disaster or riots there for months to come. hehe.

as for batam, charmian will get back to me on that. it'll be fun! spa, massages, beach, sun-tanning (yeah, right. HAHA.) well, you won't catch me dead with a bikini in singapore. but overseas? hmmmm. hahahaha.

oh wells, i think i better start on my sewing soon. im sorry ah. but i just strong dislike the lecturer ah. nothing i do will ever meet her 'standards'. she better pass me at the end of the semester. *silent prayer*

im done for today. chao!

gst-hike craze.

spent the day with Sadat last Saturday. singaporeans, including myself, are crazy, i tell you. last day before gst hike and everyone suddenly decides to go shopping. haha. so needless to say, vivo was jam-packed with people. bloody annoying la, okay.

had my eye on this really nice dress at WAREHOUSE. but guess what? the neckline was PLUNGING and the length was a little too short for mummy's liking. haha. so yes, too bad i can't get it. -pout-

had lunch at fig and olive's. i had grilled dory (that's fish for you, in case you do not know) with mushroom pasta while he had something (i can't remember) pasta with carbonara sauce. never tried there prior to the visit yesterday. and i must say, it's not too bad, really. just dun expect great service la, okay? hehh.

all in all, i had a good time. spending time with the boyfriend is always refreshing.
